At Distinct Impressions your
satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are
dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your [unused,
unopened] items for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within (10) ten
days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original
payment type. Refunds for items returned more than (10) ten days after the
purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We cannot accept
returns or exchanges on any item that was sent to you as a gift from
another. Please notify us
within 2 business days of receipt if you receive a damaged item. We will not
replace damaged goods that are not reported to us within 2 business days!
Please DO NOT
return items to us without our knowledge.
If you wish to return an item,
please email us for a RA# so that your account
can be properly credited upon receipt of the return.

in stock we will ship as soon as it becomes available.

At times our stock may run low and

"In Stock" but we are currently "Out of Stock" we will attempt to contact you to
let you know.

otherwise arranged. All orders are insured by the carrier up to $100, additional
insurance can be added if requested.
Most orders ship
within *24-48 hours, items such as personalized items may take up to 7 to
14 days to process before they are shipped.
We are not
responsible for late shipments due to bad weather. Once a package leaves our
hands, we no longer have control. Packages shipped via US Mail cannot be
re-routed to a different address.
